DESCRIPTION:Join CASA Companions and Jim Turner\, certified yoga instructor\, for this gentle movement and breathwork yoga that will assist with stress management and self-care. This class will be structured for people seated in a chair or on the floor. Jim will also demonstrate techniques for correcting common postural misalignments that can cause pain in typical problem areas such as neck and shoulders. Everyone will be encouraged to participate at their own level. \nHealthy snacks will be provided. Attire should be loose clothing or yoga pants that allow movement. \n
