CASA of Galveston County’s Christmas Angels Paul and Fallon Mitcham will be fulfilling wish lists of up to $50 for all children served by our program!
For each child, please gather this information: clothing sizes, shoe size and wish list (up to $50 per child)
Submit this form once for each case to which you are assigned. This form must be submitted by November 6, 2019 in order for your children’s wish list to be fulfilled. This form must be completed in one sitting. Please contact connie@casagalveston.org with any questions.
