TXPOP Post-Permanency Workshop

This virtual workshop covers content across a two-day period. Registrants are encouraged to attend both days in order to receive full insight on objectives being covered.

The Texas Permanency Outcomes Practice Model (TXPOP) is a model for public and private child welfare agencies in Texas to engage children and their families in achieving positive permanency outcomes.
Goals
- Increase knowledge of the TXPOP tools and how to begin integrating them into your work with children and families
- Understand how to apply practices that engage youth in the decision making and planning process
