UTMB Psychiatric Education Workshop

Join us on February 18th at 5:30pm for the CASA Galveston x UTMB Psychiatric Education Workshop! Faculty from the UTMB Department of Psychiatry will visit CASA to discuss common mental health diagnoses and treatments frequently seen in children in foster care.
If you’ve ever wanted more clarity around mental health conditions, therapies, or medications relevant to the children you serve, this workshop offers a helpful space to have those topics broken down and your questions answered. We hope this can offer the opportunity to gain some insight into mental wellness and how it connects to supporting children as CASA advocates!
