The Texas Education and Training Voucher (ETV) is a federal need-based program. ETV can provide funding to assist current and former foster youth with living expenses while attending post-secondary school. The ETV presentation will include information about the ETV application process, details about the State Tuition and Fee Waiver, and other valuable college resources for students coming from foster care.
